Encourage Yourself Designs take customer privacy and safety to the highest of importance. Payments are done only through website (PayPal). Any changes will be addressed on this page as well as by email if customer is subscribed to email list. Customer's personal information will not be shared except with third-party banking for verification and USPS for shipping and mailing.
DO YOU DESIGN AND HANDMAKE EVERYTHING? Yes I do! When I come up with a great design idea, I draw it multiple times until I get it just right. Then I size it to match a mug or a bookmark or whatever the project is, and there you go. I take pleasure in everything I create and always make sure my customers get the best.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS TIME? All products take 1 to 2 weeks, business days only depending on the order and the order size. Graphic Design Services take approximatly 2-3 weeks depending on the project.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Returns are not accepted. EYD is not responsible for any damage during shipping. If you no longer want your product or it arrived damaged, you may file a claim for a refund. Full refunds within 24 hours of placing order and payment submission. Customer may cancel order within 24 hours. No refunds after 24 hours of placing order and payment submission. All orders will be final. Digital Download Orders - No returns and no refunds. In-Person Orders - All sales are final. If customer receives a product damaged due to shipping/mailing error, customer must Submit a Claim, take a picture or video of the product and include it with the claim. Once reviewed, customer can receive a replacement. Free shipping for USA. International customers must pay shipping fee through secured CashApp.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY? All products are handled by LeQuita. Shipping is free for Maryland residents only. Other states in the USA and international orders will receive a flat rate added to order upon check out.
